 WordPress.com is a commercial service run by Automattic. It's built on top
 of the WordPress.org open-source project, but
 [http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ it is a completely separate
 entity], so this should be [http://en.support.wordpress.com/ reported to
 WordPress.com] rather than WordPress.org.
