 Upon browsing Trac, it'll re-sync automatically. This is on a per-Trac
 basis, though. Chances are you hadn't actually hit a Core Trac page
 between the time you changed your email and the time you received the
 emails.

 It's possible that it requires some kind of discrete action like a login,
 though in testing it picked it up for every pageload when it validates the
 cookie.
