 When a link to `meta.trac.wordpress.org` is pasted into an IRC channel
 running trac-bot, trac-bot will treat it as a `core.trac.wordpress.org`
 link and report the wrong ticket details. It should either ignore it or
 report the correct ticket details from `meta.trac`.

 Probably applies to `buddypress.trac.wordpress.org` and any other Tracs
 we've got sitting around.
