 The problem stems from the fact that they DID that and it still didn't
 work.

 Made a change 3 days ago. Didn't take. Made a change 18 hours later. STILL
 didn't take.

 At that point, we're starting to look at this happening too often. (I know
 we did SVN 'wrong' wrt plugins, and I suspect it's related)
