 On make.wordpress.org, the link for the author profile goes to
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/author/username/. For consistency across
 *.wordpress.org, I think it should point to
 profiles.wordpress.org/username/ instead.

 Steps:

 1) Visit https://make.wordpress.org/core/

 2) Click on a post (e.g. https://make.wordpress.org/core/2014/10/20
 /update-on-query-improvements-in-4-1/ )

 3) Click on Boone Gorges author name link

 4) You'll end up at https://make.wordpress.org/core/author/boonebgorges/
 showing posts that he's made, but missing all the really excellent
 information (e.g. activity stream, plugins, favorites) that is available
 if the author linked to https://profiles.wordpress.org/boonebgorges
 instead
