 contributors.
 * `extendwings`(me) was associated with
 [https://profiles.wordpress.org/extendwings
 //profiles.wordpress.org/extendwings] successfully.
 * `headonfire` is **NOT** associated with his profile URL.

 The difference is whether the person has commit permission or not.
