 Both `wordpress-latest.zip` and `wordpress-latest.tar.gz` nightly builds
 are mentioned in the [http://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/the-
 wordpress-codebase/ handbook], but only the first link works.

 Should we fix the second link, or remove it from the handbook?
