 It'll run on make.wordpress.org/polyglots/, specifically, not on
 global.wordpress.org. I think nacin moved it there because that's where a
 lot of the work is being done.

 As Marko said, we'll want translators/validators back, but we'll need a
 good way to display that. It's okay to skip it for now.
