Although I feel for the review team if a more direct route of
communication is created, I can see the benefit to this.
As it is, there's plugins at wordpress.org, but not everyone knows about that
address, and if you don't see it right away you're more likely to just
ignore the reporting of it, and then someone else may walk into some
issues as well.
tw2113 mentioned maybe a button to show a form of some sorts to report
plugins. Might be a good idea, might not, maybe a predefined one, pick the
category the issue resides in from a drop down, if non applicable an other
option that lets you fill it in to allow for a more user friendly and
intuitive (as well as less abuse prone) interface?
