 Migrating from #wp24835:
 > Searching http://wordpress.org/plugins/ retrieves only the plugins
 having the keyword(s) in their title. The plugins having specified keyword
 in their headline, description or tags are ignored.
 >
 > For example, our plugin (Feedweb) has tags "rating", "widget", and
 "rating widget", but it is not included in the search results of "rating
 widget".
