 On WordPress 3.7-RC1 credits.php the title of the fourth subheading
 becomes "Core Contributors to WordPress 3.8". Looking at the API response
 the title is given as "Core Contributors to WordPress %s" and the
 "placeholder" value is "3.8".

 I don't know why the API is returning a, or a future, WordPress version or
 last milestone (?) in this case, but the result is misleading.
