 Okay we have added the patch for the wp4.css. It adds in the required css
 from a mobile first perspective with 2 breaking points. One for the mobile
 menu and one for the change of position for the download button.

 I am not sure where you want us to add the patch for the header as we have
 just been working from the html scraped from the home page. We are just
 suggesting 2 additions of html. One for the mobile button and one for the
 new location of the download button in mobile view. Attached is header.txt
 with 2 TODO's pointing out the changes.

 It just needs some simple js to show and hide the menu on the button press
 and maybe a swipe action to get rid of the menu too
