 Not opposed, just looks weird to me. The link design you posted isn't a
 big enough call-to-action, you're right. Can we try it bold? Or styled in
 some other way? Perhaps we should be using a different blue for those
 links?

 In general. Click targets that large are annoying if you're trying to copy
 text or otherwise deal with data inside the click target. Of course, we
 could make the header in each box clickable in addition to the "learn
 more" links/buttons.
