Comment:

 Fixed.

 Recent CSS changes had affected the styling for those buttons, giving them
 all the reddish-orange color of the download button. The other two buttons
 were supposed to be green and blue, respectively (hence the differing
 hover colors, which were meant to relate to their unique background
 colors).
