 Sorry was just a little confused as the wp4.css that I'm checking out
 doesn't have any of the changes we've made so far. So the file included
 was all the changes made to help make the header responsive. Including the
 recent changes to get georgestephanis script working.

 I have now checked out the style folder from the link
 http://meta.svn.wordpress.org/sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/style/
 and created the diff file from all the changes made to get this working.

 So all that needs doing to get the menu working at mobile level is to add
 the style changes, add georgestephanis script
 http://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/53?replyto=30#comment:21 to the
 header and give the menu ul an ID of #wporg-header-menu
