 The css is ready

 The first TODO is just pointing out that the mobile menu hides any
 children menu items as it keeps it simpler and shorter
 The second TODO can be removed along with the .wrapper declaration below
 it. That was being used if the mobile menu moved the content right when
 displayed. At the moment it slides down over the content.

 Agree with georgestephanis on js so the animation css will need to be
 added to display the menu
