 Long term, the support profiles may go away entirely in favor of the more
 unified profiles.wp approach. See some of Mert's designs and approaches
 here:
 http://make.wordpress.org/meta/author/merty/

 Short term, there may be some improvements we can do to the support-
 specific profile page.
