 There is a UX issue with the heading "Welcome" section for WordPress.org.
 I'm attaching two screenshots for logged-in users: for plugins index page
 and support index page.

 The two outstanding issues are:

 1) Themes and Plugins have the username being the link to the profile.
 Support has a text-only username with "View your profile" link next to it.
 2) The Log Out link for forums has smaller font size and is brackets-
 separated (instead of same size, vertical line separator).

 The Themes and Plugins version (the first screenshot) makes more sense to
 me in UX so I would vote for it.
