 That sounds reasonable to me, you still have the important data:

 1) Main location (WordPress.org Forums)
 2) Resource (plugin/theme slug)
 3) Post title

 Another step would be adding "X replied to: ...", but I don't think it's
 necessary for as long as the rest is in the subject.
