 It's time to backout #18.

 WCSF starts tomorrow so we want to remove the survey link from the header
 on dotorg. If people happen to find it and fill it out, that's fine, but
 now it's time to compile final results of the survey for Matt's
 presentation.

 There's no hurry on this, any time today/tonight should be fine.
