 First off, awesome that any old .org user can contribute to the Handbooks!

 However, today I accidentally overwrote an auto-save in a doc and clicking
 the revisions' Browse link just bounced me out the Handbook Pages list
 table.

 It's fine if normal users can't manage revisions, but we should probably
 hide the link if that's the case :)
