 We have [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/query?keywords=~easy-fix "easy-
 fix"] tag for this exact purpose (attracting new contributors to tickets
 that don't have a patch yet). Introduced per jenmylo's request after the

 "good-first-bug" sounds great too, we could probably use it in lieu of
