#95: Update Privacy policy with list of sites

 Right now, the Privacy policy only applies to wordpress.org (and we just
 added wordcamp.org). But in reality, it should apply to all WordPress.org
 sites. We'd need a good list, but off the top of my head...

 * *.wordpress.org
 * *.wordpress.net
 * *.wordcamp.org
 * *.buddypress.org
 * *.bbpress.org

 We'll need to incorporate this into the policy in a way that reads well.
