 It seems like this dropdown should actually probably go away once
 make.wordpress.org has a real homepage. Otherwise we risk navigation item
 bloat like no other. That homepage also will have a fairly comprehensive
 call-to-action for "Getting involved" unlike (at the moment) some of ther
 other P2s.

 Or, this could be the super-popular groups like "Core" followed by
 "more..." at most.
