On the comments page (in your dashboard) you can filter by comment type.
There is a drop down: select pings and click Filter. That will show you
just the comments that are pingbacks or trackbacks.

You have to edit the page using the full editor. Make sure the discussions
meta box is showing (the "discussion" checkbox is checked in Screen
Options, Then scroll down to the Discussion meta box and make sure
pingbacks/trackbacks is unchecked.
