As a follow-up, if you don't have time to scroll through the list, here are
the two juiciest ones, with no takers so far:

* Smart Archives
Reloaded<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/smart-archives-reloaded/>-
medium complexity, involves some JavaScript
* Front-end Editor
<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/front-end-editor/>- medium-high
complexity; a good amount of CoffeeScript, build script
written in node.js

I think both are fairly well architected and useful to a lot of people.
