[wp-hackers] [report] Error adding new user - Multisite

You're trying to do a wp_redirect() somewhere after headers were sent, so
this error occurs. Try to move your redirect call earlier on the page load.

Line 876 on pluggable.php is:

'header("Location: $location", true, $status);'

inside the wp_redirect() function.
