[wp-hackers] Translate Category Name

Hello,

What are the easy way to translate Category Name?

a. I have tried this plugin but not working:

b. Have tried to hook the filer "wp_get_object_terms" and "get_term",
some of the pages are working (mainly front-end), but some are not
working (mainly backend), e.g. post.php, edit-tags.php


So what are the recommended way to alter category name at runtime?
