[wp-hackers] 404 Page on Custom Post Types and Custom Taxonomies

Thank you everyone for your help.  I was finally able to hunt this down.
It turns out that a plugin I was using was actually flushing the rewrite
rules (always) and messing with my settings.  I must have missed this
somehow the first time through.  Sorry for the trouble and I very much
appreciate everyone that chipped in as always.
