[wp-hackers] 404 Page on Custom Post Types and Custom Taxonomies

For clarification: I had a line running 'flush_rewrite_rules()' that
defaults to a hard flush. This didn't affect the 404 page (I was not
running it in any action). The code the ran a filter on 'wp_loaded' works
except for that once it is removed the 404 page returns.
