[wp-hackers] Preferred way to debug / log messages (besides Debug-Bar-Extender)

Hello,

I have been using Debug Bar & Debug-Bar-Extender and they are mostly likely
what I need.

The problem with Debug-Bar-Extender is I can only get the message from the
profile tab -  which is too verbose, a lot of stuffs that I don't care.. I
just want a simple feature for logging purpose. (also besides the FirePHP
plugin, as I prefer to see the message in browser.)


Any suggestion?
