Hey, Joe,

I was going to write such a plugin for mortgages, to allow you to pay 
off your debt "for free", let's join forces to have house paid off and 
car delivered within the hour! Jokes aside, as a plugin developer, I'm 
with you 100%. That's why I'm thinking about switching to CodeCanyon or 
similar platform for my plugins...
