I use Komodo IDE. You can add the WordPress directory as a PHP Directory in the settings and it will be used for autocomplete and calltips. Makes it easy to see available function arguments, class and function documentation, and one click will take you to the file where the function or class is defined. This also works in Komodo Edit, a free open source lightweight alternative to the commercial IDE.
