That is true and brings in an issue that I hadn't thought of. I am guessing the UI would have to be as soon as you clicked to review you would have to sign in with your wp.org un and pw. That way, you couldn't vote on things many times even if you had it on multiple installs. Again, stealing from the Apple UI (I'm not very creative =).
