[wp-hackers] Ticket #15989 has had patch for 3 months, but is not in core yet?

Hi Jane et al,

Thanks for the quick reply. I understand that it won't be part of 3.2. 
Could you or somebody else tell me what needs to be done to make sure 
this gets into 3.3? Or is the patch as it stands ok and just needs 
updating with trunk?
