Well, bbPress is getting a rewrite :)

Anyway, I got the point, I won't be pushing it further.

So again, if we decide to go with BuddyPress (with which I'm
comfortable), does this project represent interest for the community as
a potential gsoc project (I would include the additional features you've
been planing or maybe other that can be discussed along)?
