Yup, one misplaced comment may create entire misplaced thread.
I think maybe it should be a default behavior of re-parenting and
moving, of course with option for individual treatment.

If we assume that a reply is related to its parent by content, than if
parent is misplaced, the entire subtree should be moved along with it.
