[wp-hackers] Custom Image Header: Header Text "Display Text" Option Name

Hmm, that's not working either.

It seems that I cannot find any way to respect a user selection of "No" for
"Display Text" on Dashboard -> Appearance -> Header.

Is this something that I'm just not doing right, is it a known issue, or is
it something for which I should submit a Trac report?
