[wp-hackers] Submitting a WP Core Patch

Hiya-

I've had a patch to WP Core that's been sitting around in Trac for 5 months
and I can't seem to get anyone to pay attention to it.  It's just something
that didn't get carried over from WP MU to 3.0 -- a one line change, but a
fairly significant one.

How can I get a dev to actually apply the patch?
