[wp-hackers] Public form combining with custom post type

Hey,

I'm new to wordpress plugin developement, and my question is concerning
"public" forms and custom post type,
I'd like to know if it's possible to output a form on a page, which allows
to post non-registered users content, which will be handled by a custom post
type,
Do you have any resource on the wp-codex, which I could read?
