[wp-hackers] Does WordPress Multisite have any constants aiding in changing locations for deployment, such as WP_SITEURL?

Hi,

As far as I know there are no constants available such as WP_SITEURL or
RELOCATE which make changing locations for a WordPress Multisite
installation easier. Is this correct? Are there any plans for making the
deployment from local machine to a testserver easier? Thanks in advance!
