[wp-hackers] Uploading a plugin

Register your plugin via the website right there, The URL needs to be a url
on your domain explaining what the plugin is.
Once approved, You'll have a svn repository created for you, and you'll be
emailed the details.
Once you have the repository, you can use TortoiseSVN for windows (or any
SVN client) to upload the files into
http://svn.wp-plugins.org/your-plugin-name
Once you've uploaded your files, you'll need to add a readme.txt file,
here's a sample file:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/readme.txtdownload it,
change ALL the text to suit your plugin.
Now wait for people to download your plugin and report about the bugs it
contains (which arn't bugs, just the fact it doesnt work the way they want
it to :))
