[wp-hackers] WP Trac Loads jQuery 3 times

I double checked in Firebug here. I see it loading jQuery 1.2.6 from Trac
(http://core.trac.wordpress.org/chrome/common/js/jquery.js) ... then loading a
minified version of 1.3 from Google's CDN
(http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3/jquery.min.js).
I don't see it loading jQuery twice from Google ... but it does load a jQuery
plug-in required by After the Deadline.
Is there any reason we're loading two version of jQuery from two different
sources?
