[wp-hackers] SPecial permalink

I want to have main category (not childs) listed in permalink for single
post, I'm gettin a bit mad cause a plugin i found didnt' wok well and throw
tons of 404, I wanna add a new tgs %MAINCAT% to put in permalink structure
that give as result

www.blogname.com/maincat-slug/post-title/P9999/ (where post-title/P9999 is
the actual structure /%postname%/P%post_id%/)

Any help and suggestion? I'm getting mad with rewrite rules and stuff with
no luck...

PS I already have a plugin installed that remove the category tag from
categories permalinks
