This confused me http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_a_Plugin#License because
the codex suggested to include the "or any later version" clause I thought
that WordPress itself used this clause.
I would suggest to include the linked  disclaimer at the top of all
WordPress code files. This would make it clear and would help to solve
license compatibility issues.
