[wp-hackers] Licensing and Copyright Issues with the Hello Dolly Plugin

The members of the core team are all nice people (at least, all the  
one's I've met), but when they tell you to leave something alone (at  
least for the time being) usually it's good to listen to them — they  
have a lot on their plate and need to prioritize.
