I've yet to see a plugin that isn't a derivative work of WordPress. That's
the same interpretation held by the WordPress, Drupal, and Linux projects.
Let's also not open up that can of worms, again.

Anyone who wishes to respond on that topic, though, is strongly encouraged
to time themselves how long it takes for them to write the response, then go
to http://core.trac.wordpress.org, find a bug, and spend at least that
amount of time doing something constructive with it.
