[wp-hackers] plugin repository is broken since rewrite

Actually, this was happening before the upgrade. The creation of the
ZIP files and putting them into the cache takes a fair amount of time,
so for a few minutes or so after the plugin update shows up, the zip
file will still be the old one.

This has always been the case, as far as I know.

If it's still not showing up after about 10 minutes, then there may be an issue.
