[wp-hackers] Multiple installations with same tables

Is that the same with multisite? It outputs a database connection
error if MULTISITE is true and these constants are set to
'http://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].'/path'. The domains are stored in
wp_sites and wp_blogs tables, and I couldn't find any way of
controlling this through wp-config.php.
