Hmm.. MU used to have a plugin for multi-domain distributions? Made things
seem pretty easy, though. Dr. Mike built it and it's currently on
WPMUDev.org:
http://premium.wpmudev.org/join/
But again, can't vouch for it in the new MS environment. I've mostly been
able to modify MU plugins simply by searching for wpmu-admin.php and
replacing with ms-admin.php.
